What is the Robinsons Rewards Card?
Robinsons Rewards Card is a loyalty card that allows Members to earn points for their patronage in any participating Robinsons store.
Every qualified purchase in any Robinsons participating store entitles the Member to use his/her Robinsons Rewards Card and earn rewards points that can be used to pay for purchases. (Please see brochure for list of participating stores).
Members are given exclusive discounts and promotions depending on their purchases and habits.
Who is Eligible for a Robinsons Rewards Card?
All legitimate Philippine residents with a valid government issued ID or Barangay Certificate are qualified to join. For applicants below 18 years old and at least 15 years of age, a School ID may be presented with consent of parent or legal guardian. Parent or Legal Guardian’s consent as described in the terms and conditions signifies that the minor is allowed to redeem points earned by his/her card without the presence of said parent or legal guardian.
How Do I Apply for a Robinsons Rewards Card?
• Buy a Robinsons Rewards Application Kit at the Customer Service/Cashier of participating Robinsons stores for only Php 150.
• Fill out the application form at the Customer Service Counter/Cashier.
• Receive your Robinsons Rewards Card.
• Only one (1) Robinsons Rewards Card will be issued per person; having multiple cards is not allowed.
• The Robinsons Rewards Card is non-transferable.

• Membership Application Form (MAF)
• Members Manual
• Points Conversion Guide
• Robinsons Rewards Card
How Do I Earn Points?
Present your Robinsons Rewards Card to the cashier of participating Robinsons store upon every purchase to earn points. No card, no points earned shall be strictly enforced. Points scheme are described in attached Points Conversion Guide.
Every peso counts, no purchase is wasted. The card member earns the equivalent point based on the amount purchased.
What Purchases Qualify to Earn Points?
All purchases made at participating Robinsons stores can earn Robinsons Rewards points except for the following:
• Items with wholesale or transactions with corporate discounts
• Purchases made using Robinsons Rewards points
• Purchase of Robinsons Gift Certificates
• Business Center payment transactions
• Purchase of Robinsons Rewards Membership Application Kit
• Non-merchandise transactions (i.e. gift wrapping, customer deposit, foreign exchange, Loyalty Card fees)
How Can I Keep Track of My Points?
Check your points using the Robinsons Rewards App, which can be downloaded from Google Play Store and Apple App Store, or email Robinsons Rewards Customer Service at customercare@robinsonsrewards.com.ph.
How Do I Redeem Points?
Robinsons Rewards Points may be used to pay for any product at participating Robinsons stores except for purchase of Gift Certificates and other items or services excluded from points redemption.
Points earned have an equivalent peso value but can not be convertible to cash. Points schemes are described in the Points Conversion Guide.
Inform the cashier of your intent to use your points to pay for your purchases to process your request at the point of sale. Together with the Robinsons Rewards card, a valid ID is required to redeem your points.
Redeemed Robinsons Rewards Points cannot be changed or cancelled.
When Will my Robinsons Rewards Card Expire?
The Robinsons Rewards Card is valid for two (2) years from the date of application.
Renew your card on or before the expiry date.
To renew, proceed to the Customer Service Counters/Cashier of participating Robinsons stores and pay the renewal fee of Php100 using cash or Robinsons Rewards points to activate your card and continue the membership. Subsequent expiry date of two (2) years will be based on the renewal application date.
When Will my Points Expire?
Points earned during the membership period are to be used and redeemed within the same period, otherwise forfeited. No points may be carried over to subsequent renewal/s.
What if I Lose or Damage my Robinsons Rewards Card?
Lost card:
Proceed to the Customer Service Counter/Cashier of participating Robinsons stores and fill out the application form. Present an Affidavit of Loss and one (1) valid ID. Pay the replacement fee of Php 100.00 or its equivalent Robinsons Rewards points. Remaining points will then be transferred to the new card.
Damaged card:
Proceed to the Customer Service Counter/Cashier of participating Robinsons stores and fill out the application form. Surrender the damaged card and pay the replacement fee of Php 100.00 in cash or its equivalent Robinsons Rewards points. Remaining points will then be transferred to the new card.
